This is the med.pff repacked with the missing images.

Unzip on your desktop, copy the med.pff to your DFX2 game folder.
C:\Program Files\NovaLogic\Delta Force Xtreme 2

It will ask if you want to replace it, click yes.
Go to your Map Editor and you will se the missing images.
